Reserve your spot for the 2027 Tournament of Roses Parade Madison Corps Project.
This area is where you will officially reserve your place in the 2027 Tournament of Roses Parade (performer/staff). Select the section you wish to perform in the parade. The choices are:
- Brass (Trumpet, Mellophone, Baritone, Tuba)
- Percussion (Snares, Multi-Tenors, Bass, Cymbals, Aux)
- Guard
- Conductor
- Banner (carrying signage, etc.)
- Traveling Staff (Staff-Volunteers attending Pasadena)
Available payment methods:
The deposit cost is $100 to participate, and we accept PayPal (Credit Card) or Checks (by mail). The section you select will give you access to the related section materials to practice at home when they become available for online access. Please use the contact link at the bottom of our webpage if you have questions.
PayPay Payments:
If you select PayPal payment, processing fees are included with PayPal payments (Payment of approximately $104.12).
After completing PayPal payment (registration and payment)-what's next?
Three emails - You will immediately receive (3) three emails:
- An email to activate your account for instant access; you cannot log in until you perform this step first!
- A summary account email from our website
- Your completed payment email summary from PayPal
Check Payments:
If you pay by check, you will not have access to the website until we receive your payment.
After completing the Check payment (registration only)-what's next?
Instructions on where to send your payment will be included in an email sent upon completing your registration. Your account status will be pending, meaning you will not have website access until payment is received. We will manually activate your account after we receive your payment. There is a $2 processing fee for check payments ($102.00). Please allow up to two weeks after mailing your payment. We recommend that you stop by the post office to ensure that you can track its delivery process. You'll know if or when we received your payment before contacting us about updates.
Volunteer staff - not attending Pasadena
If you are a staff member not attending the Pasadena event, we will provide you a code to bypass the charge and grant you individual access to the website through direct contact with Craig or Scott. Thanks to everyone for being a part of this fantastic opportunity.

Guard Performer

Register to be a performing member in the guard section. Your payment will give you access to the member's area until the completion of our project in 2027.
Conductor Performer

Register to be a performing member in the drum major section. Your payment will give you access to the member's area until the completion of our project in 2027.
Banner Performer

Register to be a performing member in the banner section. IMPORTANT: This position has a maximum limit of 10 performers. Your payment will give you access to the member's area until the completion of our project in 2027.
Travel Staff
$100/3 Years
Register to be a staff member attending the event in CA. Your payment will give you access to the member's area until the completion of this project in 2027.
